    IRFAN,a US citizen,as well as , a shareholder of a Chinese lighting Company located in FOSHAN city, China.The company infringes upon his right to know the information of his company.

    Irfan is refused by the company to copy and check any documents of the company,like the articles of association,records of the shareholders' meetings, resolutions of the meetings of the board of directors,resolutions of the meetings of the board of supervisors, as well as ,financial reports and the accounting books of the company.So he entrusts Lawyer Liu bringing up a lawsuit against the company on 3th of NOV,2011.
